MMMP Rule 1.17.5:
“Seedling – Seedling means a marijuana plant that has no flowers (buds), is less than 12 inches in height and diameter. A plant that does not meet all three criteria will not be considered a seedling.”
MMMP Rule 4.10.1.2:
“Incidental amount of marijuana. A qualifying patient may possess an incidental amount of marijuana.”
MMMP Rule 4.10.1.2.1:
“Incidental amount of marijuana per patient means… an unlimited amount of marijuana seedlings…”

The above image is what I would consider our “average” clone. Does every one of them look like this? No, but we try darn hard to come as close as possible.
